Step 1
Contact us and tell us what you're looking for.
We'll ask you to send us your logo or artwork for scanning purposes. We will evaluate
your design and prepare custom pricing for your approval. Both, prototype
and production costs will be calculated. Our pricing will be based upon
rug size, construction, yarn, color, backing, and quantity. Plus, we will
make an allowance for overage.

Step 2
A color CAD print out will be provided for your approval, then we'll identify
yarn colors to match your specifications using our existing yarn SKU's. If
these colors do not meet your needs, we will explore custom yarn colors to
secure a good match. Once you have approved the final design and color selection,
we move to step 3. |
Step 3
A prototype will be made. Upon receiving your approval, we will issue an
acknowledgement to confirm your order and set up the production run. A timeline
will be provided for planning purposes and a deposit is required prior to production. |

Step 4
Manufacturing begins. Based upon your requirements, we can add special finishing
touches to your rugs such as hand carving, serging, and special backing. Once
production is completed, your rugs or mats will be packaged and shipped.
Your design will remain on file in our extensive library, so that you may re-order
